Author Biography

Wayne Smits is a self-confessed wanderer whose interest in travel put him on the road at an early age. He has traveled all over the world, most commonly in Latin America, and he ran a successful import-export company for several years. Today, when he's not writing or traveling, he lectures on travel safety and security for such organizations as the International Youth Hostel Association.
Caryl E. Dolinko, having traveled on her own to more than sixty countries in the last fifteen years, teaches travel courses in Vancouver and is a frequent radio talk show guest. Caryl is also an avid travel photographer whose photos have been shown in cafe's and galleries, and have been purchased by businesses and publications across Canada.
