Author Biography

Du?an Petricic immigrated to Canada four years ago after a distinguished career as an illustrator in his native Yugoslavia. He started drawing at age four and has received the IBBY Certificate of Honor and an Alberta Book Award for On Tumbledown Hill. Du?an is a cartoonist for The Toronto Star and the New York Review of Books, a father and grandfather, and lives in Toronto, Ontario, with his wife and daughter.
