Named one of thirteen \u0022Top Hotel Chefs in America\u0022 by Bon App\u00e9tit magazine, author and chef Roy Breiman is the owner of The West Coast Kitchen, LLC, where he provides counsel on sustainable food concepts. He lives in North Bend, Washington. Food writer Laura Smith Borrman\u2019s has interviewed the likes of screen legend Julie Andrews, William Shatner, and celebrity chef Charlie Trotter. She lives in Oakland, California.
